FXI Annual Community Service Campaign

During the month of October, the FXI family proudly holds the Company’s annual internal community service campaign, Providing Comfort to Those in Need. Providing Comfort’s purpose is to support the FXI Core Value of “Community” by giving to the communities where FXI does business and in which its employees live and work, as well as to build relationships with local shelters. The program supports those in need while uniting our employees.

This year’s campaign is dedicated to collecting soft goods and personal wear to donate to local shelters. Each FXI location is collecting a different category of soft goods, depending on the specific needs of the shelter with which the facility is working; for instance, one FXI facility is collecting sheets. Sheets are an often-overlooked item that is in short supply at shelters. Receiving a set of new or gently used sheets is a simple way to provide a shelter resident with a sense of dignity and value as a person. Other FXI facilities are gathering clothing, coats, blankets, socks, jackets, towels, underwear and/or hats/gloves. Last year, FXI collected personal care items for local shelters.
